Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your stay at La Prometida Hotel. By making a reservation through our website, email, or any other official channel, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below, without limitations or exceptions.

RATES
The rates published on our website are charged per room per night.

- Prices are expressed in US dollars.
- They do not include the 13% value-added tax (VAT).
- We reserve the right to change prices, conditions, and room features without prior notice.

RATE TYPES
We offer three types of rates:

- Non-Refundable Rate: Charged in full at the time of booking. No changes or refunds are allowed.
- Refundable Rate: Charged automatically 15 days before check-in. Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before check-in.
-Agency rates: Payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival. Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before check-in.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

- Refundable rates may be canceled or modified without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of a change, the current rate difference will be applied if the new selected period has a different price than the original reservation.
- Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation or change.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued, regardless of the rate type.

AGENCY RATES:

-Full payment for the stay must be completed 30 days prior to the check-in date.
-Once payment has been made, no refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation or modification.
-Any changes or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in will not incur any penalty.
-Within 30 days prior to check-in, no changes or cancellations will be accepted without charges, as the payment becomes non-refundable and non-creditable.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
- A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- Please check availability for late checkouts; additional fees may apply.
