Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your stay at La Prometida Hotel. By making a reservation through our website, email, or any other official channel, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below, without limitations or exceptions.
RATES
The rates published on our website are charged per room per night.
- Prices are expressed in US dollars.
- They do not include the 13% value-added tax (VAT).
- We reserve the right to change prices, conditions, and room features without prior notice.
RATE TYPES
We offer three types of rates:
- Non-Refundable Rate: Charged in full at the time of booking. No changes or refunds are allowed.
- Refundable Rate: Charged automatically 15 days before check-in. Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before check-in.
-Agency rates: Payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival. Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before check-in.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
- Refundable rates may be canceled or modified without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of a change, the current rate difference will be applied if the new selected period has a different price than the original reservation.
- Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation or change.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued, regardless of the rate type.
AGENCY RATES:
-Full payment for the stay must be completed 30 days prior to the check-in date.
-Once payment has been made, no refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation or modification.
-Any changes or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in will not incur any penalty.
-Within 30 days prior to check-in, no changes or cancellations will be accepted without charges, as the payment becomes non-refundable and non-creditable.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
- A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- Please check availability for late checkouts; additional fees may apply.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
- Guests under 12 years of age are not allowed.
- This policy aims to ensure a calm and relaxing environment for all our visitors.
PET POLICY
- Only certified service animals are allowed.
- Official certification documentation must be presented at check-in.
- No recreational or companion pets are allowed.
PARKING
- The hotel offers free parking exclusively for guests during their stay.
- La Prometida Hotel is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss within the vehicle, including its contents.
VALUABLES AND LUGGAGE
- We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings.
- It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance.
VISITORS
- For security reasons, no one who is not registered as a guest is allowed in the rooms.
- Visitors may meet with guests only in common areas, after prior notification to reception.
CONDUCT AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
- We ask our guests to behave respectfully toward others and hotel staff.
- The use of loudspeakers, loud music, or any other activity that disturbs the tranquility of the property is prohibited.
